The Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs now offers prospective licensees the opportunity to apply for initial licensure; current licensees the opportunity to renew their license; and licensees, employers and the general public the opportunity to conduct searches of licensed professionals via our secure MyLicense website.
Current License Renewals
Practical Nursing Your Practical Nurse license expires June 30, 2016. There is a survey to complete prior to completing the online renewal process. Once the survey is complete, you will be directed to the license renewal page. You can click the practical nurse link and register to begin your next renewal.
Chiropractors Your license expires on September 1, 2016. Please click the link to renew your license.
Nursing Your RN, CNS, CRNP license, or Prescriptive Authority expires October 31, 2016. There is a survey to complete prior to completing the online renewal process. Once the survey is complete, you will be directed to the license renewal page. You will only have to complete the survey once even though you may have multiple nursing licenses to renew. Just click the nurse link and register to begin your next renewal.
ATTENTION Prescriptive Authority holders
A prescriptive authority record can only be renewed with the one collaborating physician named on your prescriptive authority approval. Refer to your renewal notice for that information. Contact the Board office if there are changes- DO NOT RENEW.
Pharmacists Your license expires on September 30, 2016. Please click on the link to renew your license.
